Terms of Service

1. Acceptance. By using TAP IN, you agree to these terms. TAP IN is a local discovery platform connecting businesses with nearby customers through limited-time promotions.

2. Deals & redemptions. Deals are offered by participating businesses, not TAP IN. Redemption codes must be presented to authorized staff. Availability and inventory are managed by the business.

3. Check-ins. Check-in verification confirms proximity to a business location, not guaranteed physical presence. We do not track your location in the background.

4. Conduct. Do not post abusive, misleading, or fraudulent content. Businesses must not post fabricated offers. TAP IN may moderate or remove content and suspend accounts.

5. Location. Location access requires your permission and is used only while the app is open. You can withdraw permission at any time in your device settings.

6. Business subscriptions. Paid features activate only when payment or authorized entitlement is confirmed. Subscription terms are set by the platform administrator.

7. Liability. TAP IN facilitates discovery but is not a party to transactions between businesses and customers.
